We’re excited to share a new (and delicious) addition to our Raven Bushcraft courses — pancakes cooked over the fire, made from a recipe Simon has been perfecting for months.

These aren’t your average camp pancakes. Simon’s mix is simple, hearty, and ideal for open-fire cooking — producing light, golden pancakes with just the right amount of chew, even in the middle of the woods. Served hot from the pan and topped with whatever wild or wonderful ingredients we’ve got to hand, they’ve become a fast favourite among course-goers.

We’ll now be including fire-cooked pancakes as part of our regular day courses — a perfect reward after mastering your firelighting skills!
